Q. What is this store all about?

A. This is the online web store for Rocket Comics - scientifically proven to be one of the coolest comic shops on the planet! We operate out of our location in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Q. What is a pre-order?

A. A pre-order is when you purchase merchandise in advance of its release date. This allows us to reserve the item for you. It allows us to offer you items that we wouldn't necessarily carry in-store or have quantities of on hand. It also ensures we order the proper amount of merchandise for you. Our pre-order prices are normally discounted - that's your reward for buying in early! Pre-orders don't ship until their release date. You can pre-order comics as well as toys!  

Q. Can I cancel my pre-order?

A. Due to the nature of pre-orders, the deposit is non-refundable. Please make sure you want an item before you pre-order it. 

Q. What if I miss a pre-order date?

A. You can contact us at rocketcomicz@gmail.com and we can see if we are able to get you that item. Regular pricing may apply.

Q. Where do you ship product to?

We currently ship to the United States. Please message us at rocketcomicz@gmail.com if you live outside those areas and would like a quote on shipping.

Q. How long does shipping take?

We endeavor to ship your item within 48-72 hours if it's in stock, and within 48-72 hours once a pre-order arrives at our store. Handling times can vary. Once shipped, it normally takes about 1-2 weeks for your item to arrive within the United States, and 4 weeks or longer overseas. Items only ship once they have been released (keep this in mind if you are pre-ordering). Please contact us at rocketcomicz@gmail.com if you have any questions. 

Q. What is your return policy?

All sales are final on products we sell. If there is damage to your product upon receipt please notify us right away at rocketcomicz@gmail.com

Q. Do you do comic book subscriptions or pull lists?

Yes we do! Please email us at rocketcomicz@gmail.com with the subject Pull List and your name to set up your account. There is no cost to join this program and you even get a discount on your books! More details can be found in our newsletter. At this time, we are accepting US customers only.
