Thanks for shopping at Rocket Comics! We're a comic book and collectibles shop based in Kalamazoo, MI, and we want to make sure your order gets to you safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
📦 Processing Time Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days. We take care with every order to make sure your comics and collectibles arrive in great condition.
🚚 Domestic Shipping We ship all orders via Pirate Ship, which gives us access to discounted USPS and UPS rates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
- UPS Ground: 3–5 business days
- Fedex 3–5 business days
🌍 International Shipping At this time, we ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
📬 Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
⏳ Pre-Order Items Some items in our store are available for pre-order. Pre-order items will ship as soon as they arrive at our Kalamazoo location. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the entire order until all items are available, or ship them separately — we'll keep you in the loop either way.
